Venue Hire

We have the following facilities available to hire:

Great Hall is our Performing Arts Centre, available to hire by external organisations during school holidays. The venue is suitable for a wide range of events including theatrical performances, music concerts, lectures, exhibitions, holiday courses, rehearsals and conferences.

The Music School houses the Winton Thomas Recital Hall, with supporting classrooms and practice rooms available to hire during school holidays and for regular bookings on selected term-time dates (evenings and weekends).

We occasionally offer other venues within the school – including the Old Gym hall, the James Hilton meeting room, and some of our classrooms. The School Chapel is available for ceremonies to Old Leysians and staff, in liaison with the School Chaplain. We also host an annual summer language school and regular sports camps.

The Leys Sports Centre – operating under the title of Leys Leisure – has a range of indoor and outdoor facilities including sports hall, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and climbing wall, which are available to hire by individuals and groups during evenings, weekends and school holidays. We also offer various holiday activities, swimming lessons, tennis lessons, kickboxing lessons and lifesaving courses.
