Swimming Assessment Form

Registration form for children new to our swimming programme.

Children who cannot swim more than five meters on both their front and back in a confident manner do not need to be assessed, they will be added to our Level 1 waiting list.

Due to high demand for our lessons, we are currently not assessing new pupils. If you wish to join our scheme in future, please complete the form below and we will contact you to offer an assessment date once places become available.

I understand that car parking for swimming lessons is at the sports complex only, the car park by the pool is for drop off purposes only. I understand that should I park in this car park my slot may be cancelled without a refund.(Required)
