Head of Business Studies
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Business teacher to take on the leadership of this successful department from September 2026.
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven record of high academic outcomes for pupils at A Level. They will possess the leadership and communications skills necessary to support and motivate pupils and colleagues. The role would suit someone seeking promotion and looking to take on wider responsibility, or an experienced Head of Department seeking a new challenge.
The successful applicant will teach A Level Business and will contribute to the School’s extensive pastoral and wider-curricular programme. The ability to teach a small amount of A Level Economics is desirable, but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a Business teacher looking to lead a well-resourced department with bright and engaged pupils who are keen to learn. This role would suit a candidate looking for a minimum of 4 days work a week (approximately 0.7 FTE), up to Full Time.
