We are seeking an inspirational Senior Deputy Head to lead the day-to-day operational organisation of The Leys. You will play a central role in the leadership of all aspects of school life, deputise for the Head as required, and oversee the school Operational Plan. You will manage teaching staff, work with the Bursar to update Policies, schedule school events and oversee Marketing and Admissions. For this varied role, you will need to be an outstanding team player, resilient and emotionally intelligent, with a strong track record of people and policy leadership and management. We would anticipate a teaching commitment of 6.5 periods per week for this role.
