Bursary Receptionist
Part Time (Monday & Tuesday) *| Permanent Post | All Year Round
Salary £11,619 pro rate per annum
(£27,639 Full Time Equivalent)
We are seeking a welcoming and professional receptionist to manage the School Bursary Reception as part of a job share arrangement. The role would suit someone who is comfortable working within a busy customer facing environment, undertaking general administrative tasks, dealing with all phone calls and incoming/outgoing post. The successful applicant will be reliable, confident and possess a calm, professional manner, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff throughout the School and all external visitors.
*The role is part-time, 2 days a week, covering Mondays & Tuesdays all year round. In addition, you will take part in our Saturday morning rota (working approximately one Saturday morning per month during term time), which is paid at the rate £14.17 per hour in addition to the salary quoted above.
