The Return of the Dance Show
A Leys audience was transported to the jungle last night in a captivating dance show.
It was an inspiring evening based around a ‘Jungle’ theme, and all the dancers showed a vast amount of talent and passion.
Performances covered a range of dance styles, including street dance, contemporary, modern jazz, hip hop and classical ballet. It also featured breathtaking performances of the circus discipline Aerial Hoop, as well many acrobatic numbers. There were solos, duets and group pieces.
Hazel Edmondson, Head of Dance, would like to congratulate all of the dancers for their energy and commitment, as well as all staff members and in particular the lighting crew.
