Head of Learning Support
Starting September 2025
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Learning Support Department.
The Head of Learning Support will be an experienced practitioner with a proven track record of delivering effective additional support to pupils in either small groups or one-to-one sessions. They will be able to effectively assess pupils’ learning needs, and design personalised learning programmes that support high levels of progress. The successful candidate will be able to lead high quality training for teaching staff, supporting them in implementing strategies for support within their classrooms. Successful candidates will be self-reliant and adaptable, with high levels of initiative. They will possess the leadership, communication and people management skills to support and bring the best out of colleagues in their team, and will demonstrate an ability, and genuine desire, to develop pupils to their fullest potential.
