Head of Digital Learning

Starting September 2025

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the leadership of Digital Learning within The Leys. This is an exciting new role which forms a key part of the School’s vision to maintain outstanding education for our pupils, ensuring that learning makes full use of advancing technology and that pupils leave the school with excellent digital skills.

This role would suit an outstanding teacher who is passionate about the potential of technology in enhancing teaching and learning. You will be a highly skilled digital user, familiar with using a broad range of technologies in your classroom. You will have the creativity to design exciting curricular and cross-curricular digital opportunities, and will be an excellent communicator, able to bring people with you as we continue on our digital journey. You will be able to coach, mentor and support colleagues in developing their competency and will have an interest in future technological developments, supporting the school in developing its IT strategy.

The role could appeal to a full-time teacher, of any subject, or someone seeking a part-time position on a pro-rata contract (minimum 75% FTE and equivalent of 4.5 days a week).
