Applying for a Place

To apply for a place for your child as a member of staff at The Leys or St Faith’s, please complete the application form below.

Before completing our application form, should you wish to read our School Policies please click here. In particular, you might like to view our Admissions Policy and the Parent and Pupil Data Protection Privacy Notices. In addition, we would also like to draw your attention to the following points before proceeding with your application:

• The application form should take 10-15 minutes to complete
• The application form should be completed in one sitting as it cannot be saved for you to return to
• We recommend that the application form is completed using a laptop or PC
• When applicable, details for both parents should be included in the application form
• Parents must upload a copy of their child’s birth certificate and a recent school report, and have the option to share other documents such as a passport and medical/learning support paperwork, so please have these to hand before starting the application form
• If you are NOT a member of teaching staff at The Leys or St Faith’s you should fill out the application form here instead
