OL Society AGM & Dinner 2011

Saturday 10th December

This year’s Dinner was in St. Catharine’s College on 10 December. It was attended by 97 people. The President Roderick Ashby-Johnson had arranged a reunion for former members of the Glee Club and Pepys Society. These he supplemented by current teachers and pupils to provide a close-harmony performance instead of a Guest Speaker. It proved a splendid and moving alternative, especially when Steve Benson stepped up as soloist in Ken Naylor’s arrangement of ‘Sweet and Low’.
