Putting on the style

The latest looks were paraded on the catwalk at the Fen House fashion show.

Sixth-formers modelling clothes from Johnnie Briggs, Timothy Foxx and Chatterton’s were greeted with cheers and appreciative whoops by the audience of pupils, staff and parents in the Theatre.

Kitty Burrows (Upper Sixth) acted as compere for the event, which was staged by the girls of Fen House with the support of their Housemistress, Dr Rachael Scott-Copley. They were responsible for all aspects of the production, and all the girls of Fen were involved in some capacity.

A few sixth-form boys with a taste for the limelight modelled menswear, while the girls paraded in clothes ranging from trendy tailored tweeds to glamorous cocktail dresses.

The show was expected to raise around £1000 for the Lenten Appeal.
