Volleyball
The Leys have competed in the Cambridge Local League every year against Club, Sixth Form College and University teams, with The Leys winning the league in the 2006/7 season. It is one of the few sports that play as a mixed team, and indeed our best defensive player this year was a Year 9 girl of diminutive stature (Chi Iao Vong) who could be substituted on just for back court defence (called the 'Libero' player). We also entered the U18 boys National Championships this year, drawing in a few other players from Cambridge, in which we reached the last 16 teams in the country. .
