Dance
Dance is increasingly popular with young people encouraging them to express themselves through physical movement and to exercise their creativity. As a result pupils grow in self confidence as they develop strength, muscle control and coordination.
All dance lessons take place in our dance studio, an excellent facility comprising of ballet barres, mirrors and a state of the art sprung floor. Classes are available for all age groups at varying levels from the complete beginner to the more advanced student. Pupils also have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills by taking part in musical productions.
All classes are under the direction of our Head of Dance Mrs Laura Bernal (RAD RTS, LUKAPTD) who trained and worked as a professional dancer before dedicating herself to teaching and choreographing this branch of the performing arts.
