Fen House is located on the west side of the school grounds, close to Great Hall. It is home to 65 girls aged 13 to 18 - "home" in the sense that the full boarders live here throughout term, whilst the home-boarders go home each night for bed and breakfast. Having said that, home-boarders occasionally opt to stay overnight in Fen. The friendships made here are very close and supportive, with friends becoming like the family.
Fen encourages the development of the whole person, recognising the importance of both individual achievement and community spirit. We have girls competing up to national level in their sports, achieving gold awards in drama, winning major design awards and making music at professional level. Academically we have our share of the highest fliers in the school. Fen and fun are closely related, but we're much more than that, as you'll see when you visit!
